Company Profile: The Lee Company is a diversified manufacturer of miniature fluid controls used primarily within medical and aerospace markets. Approximately 1000 employees are located at corporate headquarters in the shoreline community of Westbrook, CT w/ additional staff at satellite offices in Chicago, Dallas, Tampa, Detroit, Los Angeles, San Francisco, London, Frankfurt, Paris, Toulouse, Milan, and Stockholm. The Lee Company was founded in 1948 as a manufacturer of aircraft fuel controls and has diversified into a manufacturer of proprietary subcomponents used within hydro-mechanical and electro-hydraulic control systems.



Available Position: A position is currently open for an APPLICATION ENGINEER reporting directly to a Product manager. In addition to providing daily assistance to customer engineering staffs, Application Engineers assist Product Managers in all aspects related to the successful marketing of high technology product lines. This position also supports long term product line goals through the evolution and development of new and existing products.



Qualifications: All interested candidates must have a B.S. in engineering. Preferred engineering disciplines will be 1) Mechanical Engineering, and 2) Electrical Engineering. Other engineering disciplines may be considered based on course content. This is an ideal position for the individual who wants an engineering career concentrated within the business of engineering as opposed to design engineering.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
