VF Outlet PT Process Supervisor (Tanger Outlet Center 029, Westbrook, CT)

Job Description
+ Responsible for the merchandise handling: process all store shipping and receiving functions, provide on the job training and supervision of freight processors, maintain an organized stockroom, and oversee the replenishment process.Work with store management to determine the most efficient stockroom layout.Clearly label all boxes, stock all items by size, and maintain stockroom efficiency.
+ Ensure all delivery information is recorded and accurately reported.
+ Work with store management to train staff on shipping, receiving, and stockroom procedures to provide adequate coverage for responsibilities when needed.
+ Perform transfers of damaged and defective merchandise and complete re-tickets.
+ Oversee and execute markdowns in a timely and accurate manner.Audit markdowns to ensure accuracy.
+ Communicate inventory and merchandise-handling concerns and/or opportunities to management on a regular basis.
+ Be proactive in Loss Prevention and work with store management to address concerns.
+ Open and close the store in the absence of a Store or Assistant Store Manager.
+ Shadow each Assistant Store Manager to learn different aspects of the Assistant Store Manager role.
+ Participate in safety meetings.
+ Perform these and other tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities- Open/closing the store:
+ Maintains store appearance in accordance with VF Outlet standards and guidelines.
+ Assists in maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly store.
+ Responds to and addresses customer?s complaints or inquiries.
+ Ensures that the associates are engaged and able to service the customer.
+ Perform all opening and closing management procedures.
Essential Functions of the Job:
+ Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
+ Associates are regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers to handle and feel objects, stoop, kneel, or crouch, climb a ladder, and balance.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
