We are now hiring for a Full Time Salaried Assistant Manager for our all stadium, 100% digital projection theater location in Connecticut.
Assistant Manager Job Description
Responsible for daily theater operations
Provide a great movie going experience to every guest
Provide leadership, supervision and direction of staff
Maintain theater cleanliness
Control expenses
Driving concession sales (upselling, suggestive selling)
Create excitement and interest about movies and events through marketing
Properly account for cash, inventory and goods
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Creative
Attentive to details
Focused under pressure
Prior experience managing a theater is preferred
Passion for great customer service
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to effectively hire, train and coach your staff
Lead by setting the proper example for both our guests and our employees
Cash handling and inventory experience are a definite plus
General knowledge of Microsoft Office products
You must enjoy movies and serving others
Ability to pass a background check
Candidate must be available to work all shifts
(including nights, weekends, and all holidays)
