Full time position available to work as a supervisor out of the Westbrook office in the FFT Program.
This program is a short-term, high-quality intervention program that works with adolescents and their families who have been referred for behavioral or emotional problems by the juvenile justice, mental health, school or child welfare systems.
Extensive model and agency leadership training provided to support the supervisor to meet position competencies.
There is a requirement to carry a small caseload, some evenings required.
Flexible 40-hour work schedule.
Educational requirements include:
Master's Degree in Social Service or related field (MSW, Marriage & Family Counseling, MA in Counseling, Psychology, etc.
, Mental Health / Counseling Experience (clinical internship), Must be a licensed mental health counselor (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
An $8,000 sign-on bonus is being offered to successful candidates ($4,000 in your first month and $4,000 after 6 months).
